You don't know Jack Schitt!
The story of Jack Schitt
Jack Schitt is the son of Awe Schitt and Oh Schitt. Awe Schitt, the fertilizer magnate, married Oh Shitt,
the owner of the KneedeepSchitt Inn. Jack Schitt married Noe Shitt and they produced six children.
Holy Schitt, their first, passed on shortly after childbirth. Next came twin sons, Deep Schitt and Dip
Schitt; two daughters, Fulla Schitt and Giva Schitt; and another son, Bull Schitt. Deep Schitt married
Dumb Schitt, a high school dropout. Dip Schitt married Lotta Schitt and they have a son named chicken
Schitt, Fulla Schitt and Giva Schitt married the Happen brothers. The Schitt-Happens children are Dawg
Schitt, Byrd Schitt and Horace Schitt.
Bull Schitt just married a spicy little number named Pisa Schitt and they are awaiting the arrival of Baby
Schitt.

Check your fuses.
Last week I took a job, driving an older peterbuilt. This truck had seen better days, its oil was
seriously low, so I added three qt's. The turn signal lights did not work, due to a blown 20 amp fuse,
looked around in the cab and found a 30 amp. The regulator was missing, but the new one was sitting on
the floorboard, so I push the three pronger in. It worked, the lights turned left and right, emergency lights
worked, ausome! The cab was dirty, I cleaned out the trash, and was on the road after inspecting the
rig.

Air Brakes Semi
This blog will cover the air brake system.
1. Air Compressor. It pumps air into the air storage tanks (reservoirs). It is connected to the engine through
gears or belt. Air Compressor may be air cooled or by the by the engine cooling system. It may have its own oil supply, or be lubricated by engine oil. If the comressor has its own oil supply,
check it before driving.
2. Air Compressor Govenor. Govenor controls when the air compressor will pump air into the air storage
tanks. When air tank pressure rises to the "cut-out" level (around 125 pounds per square inch.
The govenor stops the compressor from pumping air. When the tank pressure falls to the "cut-in"
pressure (around 100 psi), the govenor allows the compressor to start pumping again.
3. Air Storage Tanks. All storage tanks are used to hold compressed air. The number and size of air tanks varies among . The tanks will hold enough air to allow the brakes to be used several times even if the compressor stops working.
4. Tank Drains. Commpressed air has some water and some oil in it. To drain, each tank has a valve to release built up water in the tank. It is reccomended you drain it every week. To keep contamination, rust out.

Hazmat and enhanced Identification and TWIC
When I got my CDL it was in 07. Back then, the laws were not as strict for traveling across the
border's. The laws were intended to keep the bad guys out, while continuing the services rendered.
Bad guys slither through the areas not covered by security, they have no paperwork hoops to jump
through. The only people feeling hardship are the honest hardworking middle class!
Seems to me if you want the bad guys out, why not make it easier for the good guys to come in
and out? My proposition. Make it mandatory for each service member in the military, to get TWIC,
HAZMAT, and enhanced ID. For the retired folks arrange a way for them to get it subsidized.
Strict laws mean nothing if they just restrict movement, of a law abiding populace.
